  1. Have you successfully logged in before? No - go to 2. Yes - go to 4.
  2. Have you clicked on the link in your introductory email to reset your temporary password? No - you must do this in order to login. You cannot log in with a temporary password. Yes - go to 3.
  3. Have you successfully reset your password? No - go to 6. Yes - go to 4.
  4. Are you using your account registration email, and being taken to the Password Reset page page when you click on your link? No - go to 5. Yes - you should click on the link at the top of the Password Reset page to get to the logon page, and use that link going forward to access Baker McKenzie Online - go to 5.
  5. Can you go through the logon before you get stuck? No - go to 6. Yes - go to 7.

  8. Have you got to the Baker McKenzie Online home page but it is not showing any matters, that you have access to? No - go to 9. Yes - go to 9. It takes a while for your site to show up. If it is more than an hour you may not have been granted access to the site you are trying to reach. You have however successfully logged in so do not need to change your password.
